Florian Kriz
Founder & Managing Director
Florian Kriz has spent his career where industry makes its money: in sales and service. His path led from project sales at Oto Melara (Leonardo) through turbine service at Ansaldo Thomassen, service sales strategy and data-driven industrial services to senior management of spare parts at Vanderlande. Everywhere he learned the same thing: growth rarely fails because of the product. It fails because of data nobody can find.
Since 2022 he has been solving exactly that problem for industrial companies. Alongside data services, he is building the AI Co-Worker with M-Data, turning that experience into European, traceable AI – developed together with mid-sized manufacturers, for mid-sized manufacturers.
Industrial engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) and MBA, fluent in four languages, has lived in four countries and worked in many more.
The team combines direct operating experience — in technical sales, service strategy, and spare-parts management — with the discipline required to fix data quality structurally, not just temporarily.
