2. What data we process

Contact form and email: name, email address, optionally your company, and the content of your message.
Technical data when you visit the website: IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser and device type. This data is generated by the operation of any website.
Usage data (only with your consent): information on how you use our website, collected via Google Analytics 4.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Handling your enquiry, including an automatic confirmation email — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Secure and stable operation of the website, including protecting the form against spam and abuse — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Audience measurement with Google Analytics 4 — only on the basis of your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Compliance with legal obligations, such as retention requirements — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We use strictly necessary cookies without consent, as the website cannot function without them. Analytics cookies are only placed once you agree in the cookie banner. We manage your consent with CookieYes; you can change or withdraw it at any time via the cookie settings.

For audience measurement we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A transfer of data to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision.

6. Retention

We keep enquiries submitted via the contact form or by email for as long as needed to handle them and for any follow-up collaboration, generally no longer than 24 months after the last contact. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, statutory retention periods apply (in the Netherlands, seven years for tax-relevant records). Analytics data is deleted automatically according to the retention settings in Google Analytics.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time, with effect for the future.
